Demo site for a made-up food truck. Built by Merwin Web Designz · How it’s built

Coming spring 2027

Hand-pinched pierogi, rolling into Billings.

A food truck with one job: pierogi the way Dana’s grandmother made them, pan-fried in butter and onions, six to a box. We’re building the truck now.

“She made three hundred at a time and froze them in bread bags. I’m just doing it with a bigger freezer.”
Dana Kowal, owner

Dana grew up on the South Side pinching pierogi at a kitchen table every Christmas Eve. Twenty years and one bison filling later, they’re going on the road.
