A button that does nothing, a page that looks wrong on your phone, a card that will not save. This goes straight to me, the person who built it, and I fix it.

Where did it happen?

The page address, or just the name of the site or card.

What went wrong?

What did you expect to happen?

Your name

Your phone or browser type is sent along automatically, because most bugs only happen on one kind. Nothing else about your device is collected.

What helps most

The exact page. Copying the address from the top of the browser is perfect.
What you tapped, in order. “Tapped the menu, then Services” beats “the menu is broken”.
Whether it happens every time, or only once.
