For the site that looks dated, breaks on a phone, or that nobody can log into any more. I look at it first, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and fix the price in writing before anything starts.
What’s included
Why a range? A simple one-page rebuild sits near $500. A three-page site with a domain nobody can reach is closer to $1,200. Either way, the number is fixed before any work starts.

How it works
Free. On my own phone, before I quote anything.
What gets rebuilt, what moves across, what is not included, and the date.
Half to start, then the form for anything new: words, hours, photos.
The new site, your content moved in, and the domain and listings brought back under your control.
Checked on real phones, your Google listing updated with you. The other half is due at launch.
Add-ons
Because the work depends on what is already there. I price a Rescue honestly on the hours it will take, and I never quote one without looking at the site first.
Almost always. Part of the job is making sure it ends up under your control, with renewals that never lapse.
Usually. Check your current agreement for a notice period first. Then I help move the domain and your listings across, so nothing goes dark in between.
Four to six weeks. Half of that is normally waiting on content and on getting a domain released, which is why I ask about both on day one.
